Senior Branches are made up of three different options: Rangers, Cadets
and Junior Leaders.
Rangers has a program that is completely designed by the young women who
make up the unit. Many of their activities focus on camping and community
service. Helping them are adult members who provide support and
encouragment to these young women in helping them reach their goals.
In the two year Cadet program, young women are trained to be Guiders in
all Branches. They participate in the shared leadership within these
units that makes being a Guider so rewarding. As Junior Leaders, they
further develop and explore their leadership skills by helping in a Unit
of the younger Branches (Sparks, Brownies, Guides).
Not only are these young women able to participate in their own programs
or Units, they also have the opprortunity to travel, camp, and
participate in service projects. The benefits of such activities
