Senior Branches

Senior Branches are made up of three different options: Rangers, Cadets and Junior Leaders. Rangers has a program that is completely designed by the young women who make up the unit. Many of their activities focus on camping and community service. Helping them are adult members who provide support and encouragment to these young women in helping them reach their goals.

In the two year Cadet program, young women are trained to be Guiders in all Branches. They participate in the shared leadership within these units that makes being a Guider so rewarding. As Junior Leaders, they further develop and explore their leadership skills by helping in a Unit of the younger Branches (Sparks, Brownies, Guides).

Not only are these young women able to participate in their own programs or Units, they also have the opprortunity to travel, camp, and participate in service projects. The benefits of such activities include increased self-esteem, new friendships, stronger leadership skills and the ability to face challenge without fear but with enthusiasm.
